Return and Exchange Policy
Domestic Orders
Our topmost priority is to ensure that we deliver the best quality sarees to you, so that you don't have to go through the hassle of returning or exchanging them. However, in case you need to return or exchange a product, we are always at your service. We conduct rigorous quality checks on all our products before delivering them to you.
1. Our policy allows for the exchange or return of any item that is in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged condition and still in its original packaging with all tags intact. This policy allows for a return or exchange request to be made - 2-days window for return and a 5-days window for exchange. Please note that items without the original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
2. Products that exhibit signs of physical damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
4. Products purchased on any discount/offers/sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return/Exchange/Refund.
5. If you receive a product that has a defect, we would require you to provide clear videos of the parcel opening. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should send us an email with a video of the damaged product, within 24 hours of receiving your order.
6. An item can be returned or exchanged only once. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
7. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request for return/exchange.
8. The item shouldn’t be soiled, stained or have any kind of odour on it.
9. The packaging and folding of the item should be the same as it was originally received.
10. The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
11. Exchange/Return is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
12. Exchange/Return would not be accepted if the product was customised
for you.
13. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
14. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers. Please check - International Order Policy for details.
Return/Exchange request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at info@hastweave.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
1. Once we receive back the product to exchange with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note Hastweave will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
2. No discount will be offered on exchange orders.
3. You have to raise an exchange request within 5 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account using the same email id which was used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
Return Policy
1. All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 15 working days. This amount will exclude the cost of shipping.
2. Our sarees are predominantly handloom/hand-woven/ hand-embroidered/ hand-crafted products and hence there might be slight distinctions between the photos and actual product. Refunds will not be eligible in such cases as they are not classified as defects or damages.
3. No request for cash settlement will be entertained.
4. Obtaining a receipt from the courier service is COMPULSORY when you return the product, as it will serve as an evidence in case there is lost shipment.
5. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse.
6. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank, credit card company or payment wallet to process the refund.
7. If, for any reason, you are unable to return the shipment after initiating the return request within 48 hours, refund will not be issued.
8. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
2. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel. Once it is dispatched the customer has to receive the consignment and initiate a return.
3. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, the amount will be refunded to the customer.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Change in Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you would like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your delivery address or phone number, please reach us at info@hastweave.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
