Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. We offer free shipping on all our products throughout India!
2. Usually, orders are dispatched after 24 hours of the customer placing the order.
3. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days in India. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
4. All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
5. There might be unusual circumstances that may result in delays in dispatching the products beyond the specified timeframe. In case of the delays please reach out to us.
6. To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
7. We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame.

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL
1. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions/ weight of your order.
2. DHL is our delivery partner.
3. Any custom charges or VAT has to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
4. VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers.
5. Orders are delivered within 20 - 25 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
